Give Thanks

It bloomed!

Psalm 107:1 says, "Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever." He is good no matter our circumstances. For some, today is a tough day because their circumstances may not give them much reason to be thankful. The Bible doesn't say 'give thanks' because things are going great and you have no complaints. We are to be thankful because HE is good.

Regardless of our circumstances He is working in and through us. I am thankful that He uses my difficulties to bring Him glory and teach me new things. I trust that He has a plan for us-He hasn't failed us yet!

So today I am thankful for ALL that He has given me. My incredible husband, my family and friends, the roof over my head and the food to eat, my amazing jobs, A Beacon of Hope and my nanny job for a family I thank God for every day. Can I give thanks for my dog too? Sure I can. The list is endless, which is why I'm thankful.
